Sealection® Pour-In-Place (PIP) is a slow rising, one-half pound density, open-cell foam insulation product used for insulating existing walls, ceilings, and floor components. This chemical formulation has an R-value of 3.43 at 1 inch, and is specifically designed to be injected through a series of holes drilled in walls and ceiling surfaces without causing damage to the surface anchoring system. Injection applications may occur on the exterior or interior of wall systems, and the procedure is very similar regardless of which side of the wall the application occurs. Sealection PIP is injected as a liquid which flows through the cavity and slowly expands in place; therefore it can be a very effective option for existing wall applications. The ability to seal every crack and crevice makes Sealection PIP the product of choice for homeowners who chose high-performing wall insulation without having to remove interior or exterior surfaces.
